Look for Pediatric Therapy Partners to break ground on a new building just South of Cheetah Mart along 45th St during this coming construction season.  I’ll get a picture of their rendering up when they finalize their look, first images look great.

It’s amazing what a couple of days of above average temps can do to a pile of snow!
