Naming rights were finalized to change the Urban Plains Center to the Scheels Arena. The building, a 5,000 seat arena located in the Urban Plains Development is home to the Fargo Force, Fargo high school hockey and many other special events. (Fargo, ND) – Construction has begun on the new Sanford YMCA. Groundbreaking ceremonies took place Wednesday, September 22, at 10:30 a.m., 5225 31st Ave. S., Fargo. The site is located northwest of the Urban Plains
