If you’ve been to the Scheels Arena lately, you most likely have noticed a large blue and white bubble. This is the Sanford Health’s Power Bubble, a facility that will be dedicated to helping athletes boost their performance. The athletic program is designed to meet the training and physical conditioning needs of athletes and is sports-specific. The center is modeled on one built two years ago in Sioux Falls. S.D.
