Association Info
The Urban Plains Association is a governing body that has been formed to administer the covenants and restrictions that apply to Urban Plains. This will ensure that only proper and desirable uses are allowed at Urban Plains, which will help conserve the value of the lots and buildings owned by members of the association. The Association has also been working with companies that are interested in becoming “preferred providers” to Urban Plains. In return for this distinction, those companies are providing a refund to the Urban Plains Association, which will result in a direct reduction of association fees.
