About us
Urban Plains was designed with many of the "new urbanism" principles in mind. Right at the top of the list was the Walkability. The pedestrian scale is a very significant factor and creating the convenient connectivity throughout the development was a priority. The Mixed-Use concept allowed us to incorporate housing with the retail components so the development was available to both types of users. Other factors such as Higher Density, Sustainability / Green Building, and Quality of Life also played big roles in the design of Urban Plains.
